Return Policy Length

7-Day Returns: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a full refund if your product is defective or damaged.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items
    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
    • Intimate or sanitary goods
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Email zkinyanjui@zedifydigital.co.ke with your order number and issue.
  2. Doorstep Pickup: We arrange free doorstep pickup within Nairobi at no cost to you.
  3. Inspection & Refund: After inspection, you’ll receive your M-Pesa refund within 7–10 days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method (M-Pesa) within 7–10 days.

Partial refunds may be granted if:

The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

The item is returned after the 7-day window.

Late or missing refunds

Check your M-Pesa or bank account.

Contact your bank or M-Pesa provider if the refund is not posted.

Sale items

Sale and regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.

Email us with your order details to arrange an exchange.

Gifts

If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping returns

Returns are collected for free within Nairobi.

For returns outside Nairobi, you are responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
